Creating an account for InstantOfficeT Using Outlook XP Goto Tools->E-mail accounts

Select "Add a new e-mail account", click next

Select "POP3" for Server Type

Key-in your instantOffice login info and server settings as shown in the diagram below.

Click "More Settings", and click on the "Outgoing Server" tab, as shown in the diagram below. Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication", and select "Use same settings as my incoming server"

Now click the "Advanced" tab. Set the "Server Timeouts" to at least 3 minutes. This is a very important setting for Jaring and TM Net mail servers as their outgoing pop3 servers tends to get very congested and "Server Timeout" error can occur frequently if the timeout period is not adequate.
