Secured Document Exchange
instantTransact is a secured document exchange service, which uses digital signature and encryption to ensure secured data exchange between business partners.

Secured Data Exchange
The user may require the recipient to have a password and/or a Client Certificate in order to download documents sent over instantTransact. The document is stored at our server, where it is compressed and encrypted until the recipient who has the password and/or the Client Certificate downloads it successfully.

Delivery Setting
Delivery settings are especially useful for time-sensitive documents. For instance, the user may set an expiry date on tenders sent, upon expiry of which the recipient will not be able to open the document. This is to avoid business disputes. Furthermore, the document can be prepared earlier and the delivery date set to later. View Example

Notification Mechanisms
Track documents sent and check whether one or all of your recipients have opened the documents. This is essential in the event of business disputes.

Effective Audit Trail
The Document Exchange Report provides an effective record and audit trail.
